ANYTHING left after the dates (with the exception of vehicles being picked up by transport services) will be considered ABANDONED and all monies will be due and will be forfeit. ZERO EXCEPTIONS.

6% sales tax is charged on the winning bid AND the buyer's premium unless we are presented with a valid re-sale tax form AT the time of pickup. Vehicles- Unless the high bidder is a licensed AUTO DEALER, we will collect and remit 6% sales tax to the State of FL. This is the law. 

Winning Bidder is responsible for the transfer or application of title for these vehicles. Some have titles, some do not, some have never had titles and do not have VIN numbers. Amended court order and bill of sale from the auction will be furnished to the winning bidder. Please allow time for the court to render the amended order. 

Per Court Order "the court shall reserve jurisdiction to enforce this order and instruct the department of motor vehicles to issue new titles and VIN numbers for all vehicles..."

They are sold AS FOUND, AS-IS.  Vehicles are in parts/restoration stages and must be trailered or removed by a flatbed or tow-truck. NO ASSISTANCE WILL BE RENDERED by the auction company or its staff in the loading or removal of vehicles.

The running or operating condition of the vehicles is unknown.

We have listed in each item the title or bills of sale that we have, and rely on the statement of the court order in the ability of the buyer to obtain title, however the Auction Company does not warrant the process or ability of the buyer to do so. Obtaining a new title or VIN is the sole responsibility of the WINNING BIDDER, we will furnish the winning bidder with the paperwork we have along with the copy of the court order and bill of sale from the auction and will provide no assistance thereafter.
