REAL ESTATE AGENTS: a Broker Co-Op is available to an agent/broker who PROPERLY REGISTERS a successful winning bidder PRIOR TO THE BUYER BIDDING. A registration/referral form (download from bidding page) must be received by the auction company or RE/MAX before a bid is recorded or you will not be paid. A detailed bid history is recorded and if a form is presented after the bid is placed, the co-op will be voided. 

IF (IF!) A TITLE VEHICLE REQUIRES BROKERAGE-, A $95.00 broker fee will be charged for all vehicles which we need to broker. In addition a $15.00 fee for title transfer will be charged. All wheeled vehicles must be transported under the power of a tow vehicle or trailer. Unless proof of insurance is provided, a vehicle may not be driven off the lot. The appropriate fees will be added to your invoice. Non-Florida Residents will pay the $95.00 Broker Fee and necessary fees according to their state rules for titled vehicles. Please note that buyers will need to sign the appropriate paperwork required by the state for title transfers. Title processing may take up to 15 business days. Then will take 4-10 business days to receive your title from the State.
